We offer cottages to let in Hampshire and Dorset, mainly on the west edge of New Forest (Fordingbridge, Ringwood area).

Choices range from small properties for 2 people to detached, thatched cottages sleeping up to 10, with log fire and forest walks right from your doorstep.  We can also provide accommodation for up to 44 people spread over seven farm cottages, plus a barn conversion for a further 18.  Total capacity 62 at that one location.

Booking proccedure:

We have streamlined our booking procedure to make it easy for you.

To make a booking please telephone 01202-707885 with debit or credit card details.

For advance bookings we require 20 percent deposit.  You are advised to take out your own cancellation insurance, since rental payments are not refundable.

Two days before the balance is due (i.e. a month before your holiday) we will send you an e-mail reminding you that we are about to take balance on your card.  You don't need to worry that you might forget to pay.

Your bank/credit card statement will show a payment to Parkwood Holiday Homes.

Using a card for payment avoids the need for an additional damage/key deposit because we consider that having card details gives adequate damage security.  No penalty is ever taken without discussion and agreement with you first.  Card details are destroyed after a satisfactory conclusion to your holiday.

If you do not have a plastic card please ask me what other payment method may be used.

I will confirm by e-mail, with attachments giving a map and full arrival instructions.  You don't even have to fill out a booking form, I will do that on your behalf and give it to the cottage owner.

Note that we make a small charge for credit card transactions, but for bookings made from February 2013 onwards, if you choose to use a debit card instead of a credit card we will not impose a transaction fee.  There are no other hidden extras.
