Situated on the edge of the New Forest, one mile north of Fordingbridge on the A338 between Ringwood and Salisbury.  The cottages are spread across both sides of the main road and are controlled by two separate owners, in liaison with our agency.  Just yards away, The Tudor Rose pub offers excellent pub meals, and the thatched restaurant (Indian) is a great venue for an evening out.  The Godshill and Woodgreen areas of the New Forest are within walking distance across the meadows of the Avon Valley.

On the west side of the A338 there are two thatched cottages sharing a courtyard with patio table and a games room with skittle alley, table tennis, small pool table and many children's toys.  The games room has plenty of seating and you are welcome to take food and drinks in and even invite guests to join you for a family get together.  The thatched cottages sleep 4 and 7 comfortably.  Additional Z-beds, sofa-beds and cots are available for extra guests at your discretion.














On the east side of the A338 are seven single storey farm cottages (all ground floor only) and a huge barn conversion for large parties.  The farm cottages sleep 4-8 (some have lounge sofa-beds).  The magnificent barn conversion is ideal for hen parties, etc.  It sleeps 16-18, with any additional guest offered one or more of the cottages.  There is a disabled wetroom (bathroom) adjoining one of the ground floor bedrooms.  A riverside BBQ area completes the party atmosphere.  As an optional extra you can book top quality catering for your special occasion in the Granary Barn.




The quality of the Granary Barn is the very best and was rewarded with a 5-star grading by Visit Britain.  This group of holiday units all share an 80ft x 40ft games barn with tennis, badminton, 2 snooker tables, table football, and table tennis.
